Small-Group Training Sessions
Rookie (2nd – 5th grade)
Hoopstarz- Academy hour-long session follows our basketball curriculum to provide players with the fundamentals and tools they need to expand on their individual basketball development. Players will focus on learning fundamental skills and building motor skills. Small group competitions in 1 on 1 or small game 3 on 3 will be used to apply the taught skills.
Pro (6th – 8th grade)
Hoopstarz- Academy hour-long session follows our basketball curriculum to provide players with the specific skills and building blocks to help them prepare to transition into high school ball and travel AAU play. Players will focus on learning through a positionless approach so they can develop at all three levels on the floor. Small group competition will increase at this level with 1 on 1 to 4 on 4 small games in both a half and full-court setting.
All-Star (9th – 12th grade)
Hoopstarz- Academy hour-long session follows our basketball curriculum to provide players with the specific skills to prepare them to compete at a level that will allow them to perform in intense game pressure situations. These groups are smaller and ran by some of our top instructors with prior playing and or coaching experience. The intensity level is high in these classes and players should show up ready to work. Sessions will include a focus in detail and fine-tuning their overall skill. Players will compete in 1 on 1 to 5 on 5 game competition.
Sharp Shooting
